Kilnov SMS Messaging Program
Kilnov provides automated transactional text messaging services on behalf of participating businesses. This page explains how our SMS program works, how consent is obtained, and how consumers may opt out.
1. Program Description
When a consumer initiates a phone call to a participating business that uses Kilnov and the call is not answered, Kilnov may send a single automated transactional text message in direct response to that missed call.
The purpose of this message is to continue the consumer’s inquiry and facilitate communication with the business. Messages are strictly conversational and directly related to the consumer’s original request.
Kilnov does not send marketing or promotional messages.
2. Consent & Opt-In
Consent is obtained through consumer-initiated contact. By placing a phone call to a participating business, the consumer provides implied consent to receive a transactional SMS message if the call is not answered.
Messages are only sent in direct response to that call. No messages are sent without consumer initiation.
